Starbucks Copycat S'mores Frappuccino
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup marshmallow fluff (split)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (split)
- Syrup, chocolate
- 1/3 cup chilled cold brew or strong coffee
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1 cup ice (approx. 5 regular cubes)
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored ice cream
- 1 graham cracker (split)
Instructions
Step 1
Grab a medium bowl and stir together your marshmallow fluff and one tablespoon of heavy cream. Use a whisk or hand mixer to beat them together until the mixture is completely smooth and no sticky clumps remain. Now, pour in the rest of your heavy cream. Beat the mixture on medium-high speed for about 3 to 4 minutes until stiff peaks form, meaning the cream stands up straight when you lift the beaters.
Step 2
Grab your favorite glass and spoon a generous dollop of the leftover marshmallow fluff into the bottom. Use the back of the spoon to press it down into an even layer so you get a gooey surprise in every sip. Finish it off by swirling a tablespoon of chocolate syrup over the fluff. Don't worry about making it look precise; those messy, chocolatey streaks look beautiful against the white marshmallow.
Step 3
Pour your coffee and milk into the blender jar, then toss in the ice and scoops of vanilla ice cream. Pulse the mixture for about 30 seconds until it looks creamy and smooth. Grab a graham cracker and snap it into smaller pieces. Add most of the crumbs into the blender, but keep a small handful aside to sprinkle on top later. Blend everything together for another 20 to 30 seconds. You'll know it's ready when the cracker bits are well-incorporated and the drink has a thick, frosty consistency.
Step 4
Carefully pour your blended mixture into your prepared glass, leaving about an inch of space at the top. Spoon a generous dollop of whipped marshmallow cream over the drink and swirl it slightly to create a fluffy cloud. Drizzle your chocolate syrup in a zigzag pattern across the cream for a beautiful finish. Finish it off by crushing your last graham cracker into small, sandy pieces and sprinkling them over the top for a bit of crunch.

My Tip
To get that signature thick texture, make sure your cold brew is chilled completely before blending. If the coffee is too warm, it will melt the vanilla ice cream too quickly and leave you with a runny drink instead of a creamy treat.
Leftovers
Since this treat is blended with ice, we recommend enjoying it immediately. If you have leftovers, pour them into a sealed glass jar in the fridge for one day, then shake well or blend again to bring back that creamy texture.
Make It Your Own
Swap the graham cracker for a gluten-free version or a Biscoff cookie to add a warm, caramelized cinnamon flavor to your drink.
