My Tip

For your Smoked Pork Jowl Fried Rice, make sure to use day-old rice if you can. It helps to dry out the grains, preventing them from becoming mushy when you stir-fry, and allows for that lovely golden crust we all crave!

Leftovers

To store your Smoked Pork Jowl Fried Rice, transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to three days. When you're ready to enjoy it again, reheat in a skillet over medium heat, adding a splash of water to keep it moist and help revive that delicious texture.

Make It Your Own

For a delightful twist, try swapping the smoked pork jowl for crispy tofu and using tamari instead of soy sauce to keep it gluten-free. You'll still get that satisfying texture and umami flavor, perfect for a lighter take on fried rice!
